Ferenc Kréti, born in Frankfurt am Main, has been working as a freelancer in the fields of art, culture and education for 30 years.

He grew up in a large German-Hungarian family and came to art through his love of photography , literature and music. He studied teaching in Marburg an der Lahn, Gießen, Frankfurt am Main and cultural education in schools with a focus on the theories of play and performance art. He was a graduate of the TUT Hannover - School for Dance, Comedy and Theater and studied Performance Art and FOOLING with Franki Anderson (GB).

In 1999 he founded the interdisciplinary platform T-LAP (Tanz|Theater|Laboratory Art|Productions) and the NGO Theater, Kunst und Bildung e.V. in 2008. He is performer, director, producer and initiator for art projects and lecturer in cultural education.

His artistic focus in recent years has been the development of performative approaches in the context of artistic research in national and international projects (poolloop art project, Hessische Schülerakademie Mittelstufe, Kulturschule Hessen, German-French Performance etc.).

For years he has been doing research in the field of creativity and art as a development potential in personal and professional structures. To this end, he developed the concept of "creative facilitation" to promote creativity as the theoretical basis of his practical work.

A significant influence on his artistic development to this day is his involvement with avant-garde movements, minimal art and constructivist art forms.
